Ingredients: Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrell, Slippery Elm Bark, Turkey Rhubarb
Preparation Directions: Heat six cups (48 oz) distilled or filtered water to light boil in stainless steel or glass pot. Stir in one .9 oz tea packet. Cover and slow boil 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in herbs from side of pot. Allow to cool covered 8 hours. Then, pour liquid off into a glass jar with lid and refrigerate. Drink 4 oz hot or cold on an empty stomach morning and evening. Enjoy the results!
